Before applying, please have these items ready:
1. Your digital freebie (any format: PDF, Canva template, course, etc.)
2. A promo image (1080Γ1080 px, JPG or PNG)
3. A short title (max 45 characters)
4. A brief description (150β200 characters including spaces and special characters)
5. A funnel or opt-in page link where people can claim your gift

To ensure everyone benefits from this collaboration, all contributors agree to:
β Deadline to register as a collaborator is Friday, Nov. 28th, 2025.
β Send two solo emails to your own email list promoting the giveaway. Suggestion announce you are a contributor sent November 1st - November 30th.
Or, last chance to grab freebies sent between December 10th - 12th.

Share at least 5 social media posts about the event before it goes live on Dec. 1st.
β Share at least 5 social media posts about the event while live Dec. 1st - Dec. 12th.
β Keep your link live and your freebie available for the full event period (December 1β12).

β‘ Automated access: Your freebie must be delivered via a funnel or opt-in page that provides instant access (no manual approvals).
